INGREDIENTS

vegan granola
8 whole pitted dates
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup (20 gr) coconut flakes
½ cup (45 gr) rolled oats
¼ cup (25 gr) sliced almonds
1 tbsp quinoa
1 tsp maple syrup
smoothie
2 bananas - frozen
1 whole pitted date
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
¼ cup (60 ml) almond milk
+ coconut flakes, buckwheat, flaxseeds, chia seeds + power bliss balls

HOW TO MAKE IT

To make the granola, pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until combined. Spoon some of the granola in the bottom of 4 small glass jars. Set aside in the freezer. To make the smoothie, combine all the ingredients in a blender - or use a hand blender. Place on the granola. Add the toppings or more granola. Serve immediately!
