Growing up in the French Caribbean islands, I learned to
surf at a young age at myfather's side. It was rustic, close to
nature, laid black. It is the DNA of who I am and seek to
further become. Surfer, baker, center of the home, I am
independent and interested in making my own way in life
With healthy foods
& meaningful relationships.
Much of what you read here are my own observations about how to live better, starting with
what you put into your body. All that follows is what I have learned by doing both my mistakes
and successes. I am a selftaught cook. I began with no prior knowledge or formal training.
My motivation to become a cook was to better nourish my family - my two beautiful boys and
my husband, my soulmate. My motivation is Love. When you go grocery shopping, hand-select
ingredients, bring them home, prepare and serve them, you are showing you care.
